  "I will not force my Wyr into battle, but we can still help. The demon dragons can pass through the shadow. We will be your eyes and ears and get you intel on the Ereshkigal, the Black Dragon and his troops that are not a part of my Wyr. Bring me to the Annunaki and I will also tell you where Geshtianna is hiding."

  The air in the room stilled and all eyes flicked between Cage and Jett. Match put a hand on Cage's shoulder. "Can your demon dragons also help me find Fallyn."

  Jett nodded. "They can try. But she is as smart or smarter than anyone I know. It won't be easy."

  "I understand." An anger and then sadness flickered across Match's face.

  Cage outstretched his hand to Jett and everyone around them breathed a sigh of relief. Jett took it and the two shook. A burst of gold light shimmered in the air over their hands and was joined with swirls of black. The deal was done.

  Yvaine clapped because it seemed appropriate and it broke the tension in the room. "Now that that's all settled can we get down to the mimosas? I have some girl talk questions I'd like to ask the other mates."

  Cage and Match slowly backed away and Jakob led Ky out the opposite door. Jett didn't get to escape because Yvaine snagged the back of his t-shirt.

  "Ciara. Tell him that girls like butt stuff."

  Ciara spit her mimosa out and had to wipe the counter up with a paper towel. "Umm. I am not getting involved in this one."

  She pointed at Jett. "You are sticking it in my butt."

  Jett raised one eyebrow and that blue flame lit in his eyes. The really hot one. Either he was turned on or mad or both.

  He took one long strides across the room and picked her up, throwing her over his shoulder. "Ciara, please excuse my mate's crudeness. I apologize if she has shocked or offended any of you."

  The girls all laughed conspiratorially and Yvaine liked them even more. Especially Azy because she said, "No, it's okay. Also, FYI, she's right. Women do like it."

  Jett dragged her back upstairs and away from the girl talk. Where they did indeed try butt stuff.

  Laying again in his arms, wrapped in his wings, Yvaine had never been happier. "Jett?"

  "Yes, love."

  "Wanna make babies?"

  Jett rolled her over and buried his face against the dragon mark on her neck. It wasn't an answer, but it made her happy anyway.
